Follow this guide to use our services seamlessly on your Apple devices. CanadaStream is fully compatible with the most popular Apple hardware: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, the latest Apple TV (4K HDR), and the newest Mac models with Apple Silicon.
The official IBO Pro Player on Apple's App Store has a one-time fee of approximately $5.99 USD ($8 CAD). This is paid directly to the developer, not to CanadaStream — Apple's policy doesn't allow free IPTV apps on the App Store. There's also a "lite" free version available, but we recommend IBO Pro Player for the full feature set.
On your Apple TV, open the App Store from the home screen. The search bar is at the top of the interface.
Type "IBO Pro Player" into the search bar. On the results screen, select the app and tap "Get" or the price button to install.
Wait for installation to complete. Open the app from your Apple TV home screen.
The activation screen displays a MAC address (format 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX) and a 6-digit Device Key. Note both — you can take a photo with your phone.
WhatsApp the MAC and Device Key to +1 (514) 447-7860, or paste them when filling out the checkout form. Our team will upload your playlist within minutes.
On Apple TV, double-tap the TV button on the Siri Remote, swipe up on IBO Pro Player to close it, then reopen. Your full channel list will appear.
The process is identical on iOS / iPadOS. Open the App Store, install IBO Pro Player, send us your MAC + Device Key, and you're live. We recommend enabling "Auto-rotate" in iOS Settings so the player switches to landscape mode automatically when you turn the device sideways.
On M1/M2/M3/M4 Macs, IBO Pro Player runs as a native iPad app. Install it from the Mac App Store (you may need to enable "iPhone & iPad Apps" in App Store filters). The activation flow is identical to iPad. For Intel Macs, use VLC with an M3U link — message us on WhatsApp and we'll provide one on request.
